If you would like a refund for a Premium purchase made through the Birthday Alarm iOS app, please follow the links below:
- Subscription payments made in error through Apple Pay can be refunded through the app store by clicking here.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made directly through Apple Pay. Since those payments are submitted through Apple, you must contact them to request your refund.
