Can I choose how far in advance I receive reminders?

Yes. However, Notification settings can only be edited on the website.

The default is two reminders -- the first is scheduled for 7 days before and the second 3 days before. To change these settings:

1. Sign in in on BirthdayAlarm.com.
2. Click on the 'My Account' tab.
3. Click on 'Notifications'. 
4. The first reminder can be set to be sent on the day and up to 14 days in advance. The second reminder can be either opted out, or on the day and up to 13 days in advance.
5. Click the 'SAVE CHANGES' button when finished.
