To update your credit or debit card do the following ...
On the website:
- Sign in in on BirthdayAlarm.com
- Select 'My Account' from the top menu options.
- Click on ‘Payment Info'.
- Click the ‘UPDATE’ button. Enter your new credit card details and press 'UPDATE' again.
In the iOS app:
If you purchased your Premium Membership subscription in the iOS app
iOS subscriptions are managed in the App Store. If you need to update your payment method, please follow these instructions from Apple.
If you purchased your Premium Membership subscription on the Birthday Alarm website
- Sign in to your account on the Birthday Alarm app.
- Select 'Account' from the bottom menu bar.
- Click the icon in the upper right corner of the 'Account' screen.
- Click on ‘Premium'.
- Click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button.
- At this time you will be taken out of the app and sent to the BirthdayAlarm.com website.
- Click the ‘UPDATE’ button on the ‘Payment Info'. Enter your new credit card details and press 'UPDATE' again.
