Group Cards can only be sent from the BirthdayAlarm.com website at this time.
There are two ways to send a group card on BirthdayAlarm.com. Start by clicking on the reminder you received for the birthday in question, or, go directly to the BirthdayAlarm.com website. Then do the following:
- Sign in to your BirthdayAlarm.com account.
- Find a card of your liking, click on it, then click 'Personalize'.
- Enter your message and the desired signature.
Tip: When sending a card from a group of people you might want to consider a generic signature: "From all of us!", "From the accounting department.", etc. - Click on 'Add Signers'.
- Card Signers. On the next step, add other card signers. You have three ways to invite them: Select from my contacts; Share a Link; Enter Manually. Choose your preferred method.
- Click 'Continue to Send' when done.
- Delivery. Fill in the card recipient details if they aren't already filled in for you. You choose the card via email or via a link that we will provide you. To save time, you can the recipient from your list of BirthdayAlarm contacts by using the 'Select from My Contacts' option.
- When. Make sure the correct send date/time is displayed in the 'When' field. If you would like to change the date/time to send the card, click 'Edit' and adjust accordingly. (Your chosen timezone setting is located under 'My Account', 'Account Settings'.
- If you'd like more control on how or when the card is sent you can choose to send the card manually via a link. You can deliver the link to the card in a personalized text message, Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, or other social media platform. If you choose this option your card will only be delivered when you share the link with the recipient.
- Finally, when ready, press 'Schedule Card'.
