For MultiCards:
A MultiCard enables you to choose any retailer from our list of available merchants. When you click on 'Redeem Gift' within your greeting card, you are redirected to your Redemption page. There, at the bottom right, you have the option to click on 'Select the store to use it in'. A tab will appear on the right side showing available stores for your gift. Select your preferred store, then click 'Apply' in the top right corner.
Next, you'll have two options:
- 'Save for Later': Choose this if you prefer to use your gift card in the future. Be sure to save your redeem link.
- 'Reveal Card': Click this option to issue your gift card right away.
At the bottom of the page, you will have the option to click on 'Print My eGift Card', or, take a screenshot of the page if using a mobile device.
Gift Cards from other retailers:
Even if your gift card is from a specific retailer, you can still replace it with another retailer of your preference. When you click on “Redeem Gift” within your greeting card, you are redirected to your Redemption page. There, you’ll see two options at the bottom right:
- 'Replace Card': If you'd like to choose a different retailer, click this option. A tab will appear on the right side showing available stores for your gift.
Select your preferred store, then click "Apply" in the top right corner. - 'Pick This Card': If you’re happy with the gift card your gifter selected for you, click this option to keep it.
Next, you'll have two options:
