You can cancel your Premium Membership at any time, no questions asked.
On the website:
- Sign in in on BirthdayAlarm.com
- Select 'My Account' from the top menu options.
- Click on ‘Payment Info'.
- Click the ‘CANCEL RENEWAL’ button. This will allow you to use the remaining portion of your paid membership or trial without it renewing or being charged once it expires.
If you were recently charged for a website renewal, you can still opt out by contacting us.
Once your membership term ends your account will revert to the free standard membership status. This allows you to receive free reminders, however you will not be able to send premium cards.
If you are unable to sign in to cancel your membership please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
In the iOS app:
- Sign in to your account on the Birthday Alarm app.
- Select 'Account' from the bottom menu bar.
- Click the icon in the upper right corner of the 'Account' screen.
- Click on ‘Premium'.
- Click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button.
- If you purchased your Premium Membership subscription in the iOS app: You will be taken to the App Store subscription page. Select Birthday Alarm from the list of apps and follow the instructions for canceling your subscription.
- If you purchased your Premium Membership subscription on the Birthday Alarm website:
- You will be taken to the 'Payment Info' page on the Birthdayalarm.com website.
- Click the ‘CANCEL RENEWAL’ button. This will allow you to use the remaining portion of your paid membership or trial without it renewing or being charged once it expires.
Note: Please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Free trials are only available once. You must cancel your subscription through the platform on which you initially subscribed (e.g. if you subscribed on the App Store, you must cancel through the App Store).
