Yes, you can cancel your Premium Membership or Trial at any time.
On the website:
- Sign in to your BirthdayAlarm.com account.
- Select 'My Account' from the top menu options.
- Click on ‘Payment Info'.
- Click the ‘CANCEL RENEWAL’ button. This will allow you to use the remaining portion of your paid membership or trial without it renewing or being charged once it expires.
If you were recently charged for a website renewal, you can still opt out by contacting us.
Once your membership term ends your account will revert to the free standard membership status. This allows you to receive free reminders, however you will not be able to send premium cards.
In the iOS app:
- Sign in to your account on the Birthday Alarm app.
- Select 'Account' from the bottom menu bar.
- Click the icon in the upper right corner of the 'Account' screen.
- Click on ‘Premium'.
- Click the ‘Manage Subscription’ button.
- If you purchased your Premium Membership subscription in the iOS app: You will be taken to the App Store subscription page. Select Birthday Alarm from the list of apps and follow the instructions for canceling your subscription.

If you purchased your Premium Membership subscription on the Birthday Alarm website:
- You will be taken to the 'Payment Info' page on the Birthdayalarm.com website.
- Click the ‘CANCEL RENEWAL’ button. This will allow you to use the remaining portion of your paid membership or trial without it renewing or being charged once it expires.
Once you complete the cancelation process you will be able to keep the remaining portion of your paid membership or 30-day trial. At their expiration, you will be able to use the free services afterwards. This includes all of your reminders and a few cards that are labeled as ‘Free’. However, you will no longer be allowed to send any of our premium greeting cards.
